The Samsung 980 Pro is now the perfect SSD for PS5, but it'll cost you

One of the prizewinning PS5 SSDs is now better than ever. The Samsung 980 Pro used to expect a manual heatsink in front it could be misused with a PS5 console, merely the manufacturer has now created a purchasing option that has the heatsink installed out of the boxful.

Currently, the heatsink-practical SSDs look to only personify available in the US for now.

It's as wel worth noting that the Samsung 980 Pro is only compatible with PC and PS5, which is worth keeping in mind if you're shopping for an external storage solution this Inkiness Friday. Xbox Serial X/S owners will have to look for other options, including the Seagate Storage Expansion Card.

Analysis: A better storage option... if you can afford it
